• Where is the store based?

• How do you ship orders?

  I ship my orders once a week with Hungarian Mail, all orders go out registered on priority. Once shipped, I will give you the tracking number too.

  Original, bigger artworks go out through a shipping company called Complexpress. They provide tracking number what I can give to you as well.

• Why are some original artwork shipping so expensive?

  Original, bigger artworks go out through a shipping company called Complexpress. They are a package shipping company, therefore more expensive, but also more secure than the domestic mailing system. Packing and shipping an original painting requires more shipping material for security, also more securing during shipping and it takes me extra time to bring the packages to the company itself.
  They are in a different category for a reason, so I can make sure the artwork will arrive to you secure, without damage!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, shipping time is usually around 1 week for Europe, 2 and more weeks everywhere else.
  Since the pandemic, lots of postal services face hardships and delays, so it is not unusual for a package to only show up after 6-8 weeks. I always provide a tracking number that you can check!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I do!

• Do you take commissions?

  Sure I do! For any commission information please contact me via my email address, [email protected] so I can provide you all the informations and we can discuss the details.

• Do you sell prints?

  Yes, miniprints and A5 size prints are both part of my inventory.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
